In the design sector, perforated sheeting is most often seen in railing construction and as privacy protection.
Perforated sheeting is, however, also an interesting product for soundproofing – for example, for acoustic reasons, surfaces which allow sound to permeate through are frequently required which appealingly cover acoustic panels.

In addition to the design character, perforated sheeting is also extremely suited for functional applications due to its high durability, for example in machine elements, filters and as carrier elements.
