Steel profiles as the perfect framework

The perfect framework for your ideas: steel profiles quickly and easily enclose perforated sheets, textured sheets and unperforated material. Our product range includes profiles in the materials steel, sendzimir galvanised steel and stainless steel. The stainless steel profiles are also available polished similar to grain 240. It must be noted that for profiles made from sendzimir galvanised steel no adequate corrosion protection can be achieved for outdoor use. For railing fillings made from aluminium, which are enclosed by profiles, a thickness of 2.00 mm is sufficient in terms of the stability. A general tip for steel profiles: in order to prevent water accumulation in the profile, you can make a small hole in the bottom element profile so that the water can drain out.

Round, rectangular, triangular and trapezoidal profiles are available in our product range.
They are suitable for metal sheets of thicknesses between 1.5 and 3.0 mm. You can select between slit widths of 1.3 and 2.7 mm. Steel profile production is carried out according to the guidelines of the Euro standard162-81. The profile length is in each case 3000 mm.

Steel profiles offer security and stability for the profiling of perforated and textured sheets. In addition, profiles in general protect against injury. As some profile edgings can be easily bent, they are used for example as the handrails on children’s slides. A round profile edging is used for the slide handrail. The profile can thus be easily bent to match the curve of the children’ slide.
